Christina Haugh: Beyond Black & White

The Exhibition

Christina Haugh's colorful abstracts will be shown at Detroit Fiber Works from November 5 through November 30, 2014.  Please join us for an Artist's Reception on Friday, November 7 from 6-9PM.

Artist Statement:

"We need to go beyond black and white - the world is full of color and excitement. We need color to stimulate our creativity and reach a deeper sense of soulful expectation, so that we can escape into a different dimension, enriching our cultural experience."

About the Artist:

Christina's abstract paintings are inspired by the beauty of nature. As a colorist, her medium is acrylics, which capture the dynamic brilliance of color portrayed in her work.  Her work has been shown in galleries and juried exhibitions throughout Michigan.
